Anne Boase is an experienced Executive Recruiter for Architecture, Engineering and Construction.
Anne joined Gaines in 2005 as a strategic partner in London and was appointed Managing Director, Global Markets in 2007. Her experience in the architecture, design, engineering, property development and construction sectors enables her to provide essential market knowledge for searches across the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East and Far East. Anne also collaborates with her US colleagues to deliver a global resourcing capability to Gaines’ international clients.
Anne started her career in executive search in 1987 with David James Associates, a retained search firm specializing in senior and middle management placements in the construction and engineering industries. She trained as a researcher at David James, before moving into a candidate development and business development role, representing leading UK and European construction groups. In 1993 she established Walpole Martin, an independent search consultancy focused on building and civil engineering, architecture and property development in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Far East.
Anne has a PGDip in Strategic Management from the University of Bristol.
