Research Manager
Jessica Downey joined Gaines International in 2006. Jessica manages the research department and provides focused research for all candidate and organization research assignments.
Working closely with the consultants, Jessica provides target lists and identifies candidates for executive searches. Jessica specializes in various aspects of research, including Internet- and database-based research. She is also responsible for database management. Jessica is an Indiana University graduate with Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.
