Case
Study #2
|
History |
| Established expert witness practice.
. . |
| |
| Situation |
| The client needed an expert witness
architect who not only possessed an architecture degree
and MBA, but also an entrepreneurial spirit. Candidates
looking for a long term career option could be enticed
with a potential leveraged buy out of the business. |
| |
| Solution |
| To find the most qualified individuals,
Gaines International targeted all the California and Nevada
architecture firms and construction companies that work
in type 5 architecture. Advertising efforts were made
at leading business schools, AIA, and specialized expert
witness websites. It was not immediately clear whether
the final candidate chosen and the client company could
work through negotiations. However, with client coaching
and scheduled dinners, the Gaines representative completed
the placement and obtained a competitive salary for the
candidate. Both client and candidate have since been very
pleased with the arrangement. |
