Jessica Downey joined Gaines International as a Research Associate in 2006. At Gaines, she assists in the process to provide focused research for specific assignments. Working closely with the research team, Jessica provides target lists, identifies candidates, and updates the proprietary database. Prior to Gaines, Jessica worked as a preschool teacher at the Goddard School where she was responsible for the development and education of children between the ages of two and three.

Originally from Michigan, Jessica also lived in Indiana and received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Indiana University. She currently resides in Chicago.
