Jim Rose joined Gaines International Inc. as a junior consultant early in 2006 after being with a large oil company in a human resources related role. Since joining Gaines International Inc. he has worked on searches in the fields of Architecture, Interior Design and Engineering. Jim’s role in the search process concentrates on the areas of candidate development and research. Jim honed his research skills while studying psychology at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. There, he interned as a research assistant at a Neuropsychological Laboratory, and went on to get his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Born and Raised in the south suburbs of Chicago, he now lives on the North Side of Chicago where he can really show his support for one thing he wants most of all, a Chicago Cubs World Series Championship. In his spare time he enjoys reading novels of all different genres, and spending time in the outdoors.
