Lauren Chianelli joined Gaines International as a consultant in 2006. At Gaines, Lauren works on candidate development, evaluating and screening candidates for mid to senior level positions in the design and building industries. Prior to joining Gaines International, Lauren was a lead recruiter with Career Education Corporation working as an on-site recruiter responsible for full-cycle, high-volume recruiting. This role helped her gain knowledge in the recruiting industry as she succeeded in placing hundreds of qualified candidates in different locations as needed. In addition, she started her recruiting as a contract recruiter for Staffing Now working on temporary to permanent placements for Career Education Corporation.

Born and raised in Libertyville, IL, Lauren is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin in Parkside with a B.A. in business administration and currently resides in Chicago.
