Paul Munsterman joined Gaines International in 2004 as a Senior Consultant. He brings 11 years of executive search experience with a focus on placing senior level executives and completing search assignments on all levels. For Gaines, Paul specializes in Architecture, Landscape and Urban Design as well as conducts searches in Engineering, Design/Build, Real Estate, mid-market companies and professional service firms seeking executive leadership.

Prior to Gaines International, Paul was a key constituent in the development of an internal Executive recruiting function for Bank One/J.P.Morgan Chase. In addition, Paul was a Senior Consultant for Korn/Ferry International – the worlds largest executive search firm – where he was a principal member of the Global Technology & Technology Officers Practice.

Born and raised in Kansas City, MO, Paul is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a degree in Finance. He resides in Chicago, Illinois with his wife Elizabeth and enjoys an unhealthy obsession for the game of golf.
