Tracey Lemon joined Gaines International in 2004 as the Director of Strategic Research. In 2006 she was named a Vice President responsible for leading the firm with strategic vision and continued management of the Gaines Brand, Marketing Materials and Research Efforts. She is a Senior Consultant on search assignments and brings over 15 years of experience in consulting with expertise in research, design and strategic planning.
Prior to joining Gaines, Tracey was the marketing director for a communications firm in Chicago. Previous to this, she was an independent research/planning consultant. During this time, she worked with a retained executive recruiting firm with a focus on industrial design and product development engagements. Before working independently, Tracey was a Director at Doblin, an Innovation Planning firm where she started the Contextual Research practice area. In this role, she built a research group that provided company, cultural and consumer intelligence for internal teams and Fortune 500 clients.
Tracey has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Loyola University in Chicago and Masters in Library Science from the School of Information Studies at Syracuse University. She is a trained mediator with a certificate in mediation from the Center for Conflict Resolution (CCR) in Chicago.
