INDUSTRY:
Gaines International is a retained executive search firm specializing in the design and building industries which include Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, and General Contracting. Our clients include many of the leading public and private firms in these industries, including some among the Fortune 500.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
This highly visible position involves participation in all aspects of recruiting for our clients in our rapidly growing firm: analyzing statistical lists of candidates generated by our Research department; pre-qualifying and developing candidates; conducting interviews; candidate write-ups; reference checking; and search data management, using the firm's proprietary database.


EXPERIENCE:
The position requires an undergraduate degree with at least 3-4+ years of experience as a recruiting professional. Exposure to the real estate, architecture, and design industries would be a plus. The individual we seek should be a team player and enjoy a fast paced and challenging environment. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are also required.

KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
The consultant reports to the President and works closely with fellow consultants and the Research department. The consultant communicates regularly with clients and candidates.


COMPENSATION:
Gaines International offers an attractive base salary, incentive bonus, profit sharing, health benefits package (medical and dental), and a reduced Friday work schedule.
